Pack shot of DulcoeaseDulcoease® (containing docusate sodium) is a soft gel capsule that works by softening your stool making it easier and more comfortable to go to the loo.

Dulcoease® can be taken orally 1 to 5 times a day. Start with 1 capsule 3 times a day then take more (1 capsule up to 5 times a day) or less if you need to.

How does Dulcoease® work?

Dulcoease® works by softening the contents of your bowel. The active ingredient (docusate sodium) increases the amount of water and salts absorbed by your stool, to make them softer, easier and more comfortable to pass when you go the loo.
